Who We Are

Jim Muchow has been involved in the modular industry for 36 years and is a trade specialist in manufactured commercial modular buildings and multi-unit modular complexes. Starting out as project manager and developing an ‘Excellence in Manufacturing’ program, he continued to design and implement programs for costing, purchasing and materials inventory monitoring. In twenty years as branch manager in the Rocky Mountain area for a major modular company he was involved with all the aspects from bidding to on-site setups and has acquired a tremendous amount of hands-on experience.

Jim is a people person with the abilities and knowledge to solve problems and accomplish goals.

Robert Farnham has 19 years in the Commercial Modular Industry. Having been a  Vice President for a large modular building supplier, Bob has a strong foundation in working with manufacturers and customers  through all phases in the project process. 

His knowledge of construction and inspection procedures is based not only on the commercial modular industry but also on the residential home inspection business.
